Exist any option to start training with ideal condition ?

My understanding of the ACC server is that the only thing that controls the track conditions is the time of day of the session, and the day the session is run on. You might have better track conditions with an afternoon session on Saturday rather than a morning session on Sunday - the best thing to do is try different days and times to see how this works out.
As well as this, I recommend reading the ServerAdminHandbook.pdf that is distributed with the accServer.exe by Kunos - this has a section on “Track Simulation” that should give you more detail about this.
