I am looking for a way to wipe the stracker data base for my server. The only way I’ve found is to delete the stracker.db3 file which I don’t have access to do.
Has anyone found a way that I can wipe the data myself?

Hi there,
Currently there is no way to wipe the sTracker database from ACSM, although it may be possible through the sTracker UI (but I don’t know for sure).
If your server is hosted then the best option would be to contact your hosting provider and ask them to delete the database file, if your server is hosted with us you can open a support ticket from the Control Panel and we’ll arrange that for you.
I believe we’ve done that already for your server, but I thought it would be best to post this here in case anybody else sees it in the future and has the same question.
Thanks!
Yes you have resolved this through my support ticket already. Much appreciated!
I know that I can log into admin area and delete individual laps. I haven’t found a way to full wipe without a support ticket. If someone knows a way to do this and is willing to share here that would be much appreciated.
Also, could this become an option inside Server Manager in the future?
Thanks for your time
Tim
You’re welcome! And thanks for the feature request, we’ll consider that for a future update to Server Manager.
