Hi , i want to set up a server for hotlaps and for members to gain drivers licence to race in the league and particular races, can anyone tell me how they record laptimes on the server.

Are you referring to Assetto Corsa Competizione here? If so then I’m not aware of any public systems that automate this sort of thing, I believe leagues are either using their own software/scripts or manually working through results files to verify that certain critera have been met in a hotlap server in order to join a league.
The ACC server automatically records results of any session when the session is completed, if you’re running our Manager you can access them on the Results page.
