Problems with opening server acc

Good evening everyone, I continue this topic because I have the same problem as the user “1s1nformat1on”:
Yesterday I downloaded the latest version from the assettohosting.com website (v 1.2.5) and I use the emperor server license, win 10 operating system;
I managed to configure everything, when I launch the server the system replies that the server is open correctly but in the ACC game I cannot find it;

Thi is the register :

Where am I doing wrong ?

Thanks for your reply

Hi!

First of all, if you’re self hosting please download the Server Manager software directly from emperorservers.com instead of downloading it from any other source, that way you know that you are getting the latest and correct version of the software.

Are you self-hosting or is your server hosted by the company you mentioned?

If it’s hosted by them and not appearing in the lobby (after a few minutes, the ACC lobby can sometimes take up to 5 minutes to update) then you’ll need to contact them directly for support.

If you’re self hosting, then there are a few things to check:

  1. Make sure that your server name isn’t overly long and that it doesn’t contain any profanity, this will stop it from appearing in the lobby
  2. The logs suggest that you are using UPnP to autoamtically forward your ports, in this case make sure that you haven’t also manually forwarded the ports.
  3. Check the server log (the first log on the server → logs page), do you see any errors or warnings there?

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.
