Running 2.2.2 Server manager. Cannot finf option to add spectator car to Race/Tournament.

The option to add a spectator car is in the main Championship options, first edit the Championship:
Then scroll down to the spectator car section:
Please note the spectator car won’t be available if “Open Championship” is turned on, because Open Championships do not have a fixed entry list.
