How work Weather Randomness?

Will I have rain and clouds with these settings, or if they are 0, will the random one leave them like that?
Is there a chance of both dry and rainy weather with these settings?

Hi,

For information on the weather system I’d recommend downloading the server files through Steam and then taking a look at the ServerAdminHandbook.pdf file included in the server folder in the download.

Section IV goes through the Weather Simulation system in detail an explains how each of the options impacts the simulation.

For your specific example, a Rain setting of 0 will guarantee that it will not rain at all, regardless of the other settings.
