I’ve set server to not allow change of car or track but first person to join server are able to do so, the rest that comes after do not. please advise.

I’m afraid this is a behaviour of the AMS2 server, the first player that joins the server is treated as the host/admin and can change the event configuration.
My understanding is that turning on “Server Controls Track” and “Server Controls Vehicle” should block this though, and fix the track and car to those selected in the event configuration. Have you tried that option?
If it doesn’t seem to be working I’m not sure what to suggest, but do let me know and we can investigate to see if there is anything we can do on our end.
