So I’m getting the same error message trying to upload any track or car. I get Failed to upload, please try again (error:0). It literally never stops happening at any random percent during upload. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve looked on the forum for solutions but haven’t found anything.
I believe we’ve been in contact via email about this, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch if you’re still having the issue. I’ve also included our initial thoughts on this issue in case anybody else sees this and is experiencing similar:
This error appears to be a javascript issue, and may be related to the browser or some browser plugin in use, if you haven’t already please try a different browser without any plugins active. It’s also possible that a firewall or antivirus could be interfering with the upload.
You can also try using both upload methods (drag & drop and manual file selection) to see if one method works normally.
In some cases this sort of error may also be caused by an upload limit on the server hosting ACSM, although I’d suggest checking the other potential issues first.
If none of that helps then we could do with taking a look at the javascript console output. To do that try opening the “console” in the browser and attempt an upload. You can open this by pressing F12 or Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows, or Cmd + Option + J on a Mac. Once you’ve done an upload and the error occurs, please can you send over a screenshot of what you see in the error console?
