i try to add a certian car into the entry list of the server but it doesnt display a picture nor add it as an actual drivable slot, it only happens with a handful of cars and sometimes they end up having the names of other cars made by the same creator and just breaks the whole thing, very weird to explain like this ill add a photo to make some more sense.

Is the car that you are having issues with publicly available? If so, can you link the download to it here? (Please only do this if it is a free and publicly available mod).
It looks like this car may not have been uploaded to the server correctly, or it is packaged in a way that is not compatible with Server Manager.
Please can you try deleting the car from the server, then re-uploading it direct from your Assetto Corsa game? This should be in e.g.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\
If this doesn’t work, please let us know and we’ll take a further look.
